We will start configuring the integration using the credentials you provided and will either confirm a successful integration or coordinate with you to work through any errors.

If the configuration is successful, please allow 30 minutes for the initial data sync to complete. If you don’t see any Entrata prospects in your Realync account after that time, please reach out to us! We will complete the configuration of your communities’ Realync user accounts to enable the Realync-Entrata integration.

Once an Entrata prospect is synced with Realync, any Realync-related activities will be logged to the Entrata Guest Card in real-time (this feature will be coming soon 😎). Realync will sync with your Entrata database every 24 hours to pull over new prospects.
