First, you will need to set up Realync:

1) Reach out to integrations@realync.com to request activation of the Hyly integration within Realync.

2) We will respond to confirm activation within our platform.

Need a refresher on hosting Live Tours or Live Sessions? Reach out to your Client Success Manager or send a request via live chat!

Next, you will need to set up Hyly.AI:

1) Ensure that your hyTour is configured to offer Live Video Tour as an option.

2) Reach out to support@hy.ly to request activation of the Realync integration within Hyly.

You’ll need to inform Hyly.AI whether you would like tours to be scheduled as Live Tours or Live Sessions. To understand the difference between these options, please read this article.

3) Hyly.AI will respond to confirm activation within Hyly.AI.
