Selecting the appropriate video type and unit number is crucial for tracking the videos your team has created and also for the seamless uploading of videos to some of our integration partners, like Apartments.com, Sightmap, and EliseAI. When creating a Pre-Recorded Video within Realync, you first give the video a title and then select the video type.
Depending on which type you select, you may get a second list with the ability to select a video unit number. This is the case with all unit videos.
On Desktop, you can change/update the video type and unit assignment for an existing video by selecting edit attributes from the menu in the top right of the video tile.
