Rechargly invoices aren’t directly available in our platform yet. However, you can access your invoices in two ways:
Via email:
Every time you’re charged, Stripe (our payment provider) sends you an email receipt. Inside that email, you’ll find a link that lets you download your invoice.
Via the invoice portal:
You can also access all of your past invoices anytime through our invoice portal.
Go to the Rechargly invoice portal.
Enter the email address linked to your Stripe account.
You’ll receive an email to verify and log in.
Once you’re in, you’ll see all of your invoices and can download them whenever you need.
