How Customer's Can Access Their Invoice
At Rechargly, invoices are always accessible online. Customers do not receive PDF copies by email, but you can easily view them through your Agreements page.
Online Access: View invoices anytime via your unique agreement URL provided during setup.
Download Option: Download invoices by clicking the download option on your agreement page.
Time Limit: Invoices are stored for 30 days for download, but all invoices remain viewable.
New charges will show as Scheduled under your agreement before the invoice date, so you'll always have visibility of upcoming charges.
Sending invoices to your accounts or finance team
Rechargly does not automatically email PDF copies of invoices, and invoices cannot be set to send to a separate accounts inbox automatically. If your accounts or finance team needs the invoices, you have two options:
Share the agreement link: Forward your unique agreement URL to your finance team so they can view and download every invoice themselves at any time.
Download and forward: Open the agreement page, download the invoice PDF, and email it on to your accounts address.
