Clients of a firm can view their agreement without signing into Rechargly. If a client or staff member is unsure how to access the agreement, follow the steps below.
Quick overview
No login required: Clients do not need Rechargly credentials to view their client agreement page.
Direct link: Each client agreement has its own URL. You can send this link to the client so they can view and sign the agreement.
How to share the client agreement link
Open the Agreements area in your Rechargly account.
Locate the specific client agreement and copy the client agreement URL (it will look like https://app.rechargly.com/client-agreement?cId=<clientId>).
Send the URL to the client by email or message. The client will be able to view and sign without logging in.

If you or your client cannot access an agreement, contact your firm admin first. If the problem persists, use the in-app Help or contact Rechargly Support and provide the client agreement link so we can investigate.
