How to Reset Your Rechargly Password
If you've forgotten your Rechargly password or need to reset it, follow the steps below.
How to request a password reset
Go to app.rechargly.com
Click Forgot Password
Enter the email address associated with your Rechargly account
Click Reset Password
Finding the reset email
The password reset email is sent from a Firebase authentication service, not directly from Rechargly. Here's what to look for:
From address:
noreply@hudled-5cfe5.firebaseapp.comSubject line: "Reset your password for -"
Because the sender address doesn't mention Rechargly, the email may be filtered into your spam or junk folder. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, check there first.
Completing the reset
Open the email and click the reset link
You can now log in at app.rechargly.com with your new password
Still not working?
If you didn't receive the email after checking spam, or the reset link isn't working:
Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with
Try requesting the reset again — sometimes the first email takes a few minutes
