Managing Team Access in Rechargly
Rechargly allows you to manage who on your team has access to your account. This article covers how to handle common team access scenarios.
Adding and removing team members
To manage team members, go to Settings > User Management in your Rechargly account. From here you can:
Invite new team members by email
Remove team members who have left the organisation
View who currently has access
Troubleshooting: team invitations not going through
If you have invited a team member but they have not received the invitation, try the following steps:
Check the email address. Ensure the email address entered matches the one the team member uses. Typos are the most common cause of failed invitations.
Ask them to check spam and junk folders. Invitation emails can sometimes be caught by spam filters, especially for organisations with strict email filtering.
Resend the invitation. Go to Settings > User Management, find the pending invitation, and resend it.
