First of all, don’t worry! This is easily fixed.
This is known as an artist mapping issue and it can happen if you share the same or similar name with another artist who already has music online.
If this has happened to you, simply contact us and we’ll work together with the store in question to resolve it as soon as possible.
If your release is not on a page belonging to your artist, this is what we'll need from you:
The UPC(s), or direct link(s), for the wrongfully placed release(s).
Link to the correct artist page. (If you don't have your own artist page yet, just let us know so we could help create a new page for you.)
If someone else's release is currently appearing on your page, here's what you have to do:
For Spotify, you can request an update if you have access to Spotify for Artists. Once logged in, you can then request these releases to be relocated directly via: https://artists.spotify.com/c/content-mismatch
For any wrongfully placed releases appearing on your artist page on other digital stores and services, this is what we'll need from you:
The direct link(s) for the wrongfully placed release(s).
The link to the your artist page.
