How Cut-off Times Work

Our team checks the queue at the cut-off time (9 AM in your selected time zone) to determine which requests need to be delivered that day. Any requests submitted after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

For example, if you submit a request at 10 AM EST on Monday, it will be counted as received on Tuesday morning and processed according to your delivery time choice (standard 2-day delivery or same-day delivery if you have that add-on).

Each regional team takes a one-hour break during their work day. Your specific time zone is set during account setup to ensure clear communication about delivery times.
