Subscription End Policy

Understanding what happens to your projects when your Reel Unlimited subscription ends.

Updated this week

What Happens When Your Subscription Ends

Immediate Project Suspension

When your subscription ends, all active projects are immediately stopped at their current stage. No team member will continue working on any project, regardless of how close it is to completion.

No Continuation Without Active Subscription

We cannot provide any work or services without an active subscription. This policy applies to all projects, whether they are 10% complete or 90% complete.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Prioritize projects based on your needs and timeline

  • Plan project submissions according to your subscription period

  • Wrap up projects before your subscription ends

  • Download all completed files and assets

  • Request any final revisions before the subscription expires

Comparison to Streaming Services

Our service works similarly to streaming platforms like Netflix. When your Netflix subscription ends, you cannot continue watching a show you haven't finished, even if you were halfway through the season. Access to the service requires an active subscription.

Planning for Subscription End

If you know your subscription is ending:

  • Submit priority projects early in your billing cycle

  • Communicate with your team about urgent deadlines

  • Download all completed work before the end date

  • Consider extending for one additional month if you need to complete ongoing projects

No Exceptions Policy

We do not make exceptions to this policy. We are hired to provide monthly service, not to complete specific projects regardless of timeline. Whether projects were submitted early or late in your billing cycle, the responsibility for managing your project timeline rests with you.

Reactivating Your Subscription

If you reactivate your subscription later, we can resume work on previously stopped projects, but no work will be done during the inactive period.
