We keep your dialer and CRM separate so you can choose the dialer that works best for you and switch if needed WITHOUT having to move all your records to a different system.
Why use Click to Call?
Click to Call dialers are perfect for prospecting AND lead follow up. When you click to call, you are staying internal to the record, internal to your data management and CRM app. You're able to see exactly when a record becomes exhausted (all wrong or dead numbers or any record where you aren't able to reach the owner at the end of your marketing campaign. Click to Call records also allow you to better recognize dead numbers so you can mark them appropriately and remove them from your marketing campaigns. This saves you time so you aren't continually trying to call dead numbers.
Direct Integrations
REISift has direct integrations with some awesome click to call companies including Aircall and smrtPhone, (and soon to be Kixie!) Check out the articles below to see how to install the direct integrations.
Using another app we don't directly integrate with yet?
NO PROBLEM! If you are currently using Kixie, OpenPhone, DialPad, Google voice etc. you can still keep your dialer and call within REISift.
Please check the details for your phone app for whether they link with the browser or have their own extension that recognizes the numbers on the page.
If your dialer has an extension, install the required extensions and there will either be an icon next to the phone numbers, or the phone numbers will be highlighted for you to click to call.
If you are using google voice or skype you can select which app opens the phone call within your browser settings. To start a call, click the phone icon next to the phone numbers.
