In this tutorial, we'll guide you through setting up filter presets for a bulk cold calling flow in your REISift account. These presets will help you streamline your cold calling campaigns and save time on filtering records.

Create a Folder

  • Organize your filter presets by creating a new folder in your REISift account, typically named after your campaign. Select which users have access.

Create filter presets for different call attempts

Filter Preset 1: Ready to Market (RTM)

  • This preset is for records you haven't reached yet and are ready for marketing.

  • Exclude all property statuses.

  • Exclude any call attempts.

  • Include phone numbers.

Filter Preset 2: Attempt 1 (CCA01)

  • Include CCA01 (Cold Call Attempt 1) records.

  • Exclude all other attempts.

  • Exclude all property statuses.

  • Include phone numbers.

Filter Preset 3: Attempt 2 (CCA02)

  • Include CCA01 and CCA02 records.

  • Exclude all other attempts.

  • Exclude all property statuses.

  • Include phone numbers.

Repeat this process for as many attempts as needed for your campaign (typically between 6 and 10 attempts). Save your preset/s.

Apply Filters

  • To use these presets, go to the Folder you created.

  • Add your specific marketing criteria to the filter presets.

  • Click "Apply Filters" to select the records you want to send.

Send Records to Integrations

  • Go to "Send to Integrations."

  • Select your preferred dialer or integration.

  • Follow the integration-specific steps for sending records.

  • Be sure to add relevant auto tags and call attempt tags.

Review and Send Contacts

  • Review the information and ensure it's correct.

  • Click "Send Contacts" to send the records to your dialer.

Monitor Results

  • After calling records through the records in your dialer, return to your REISift account.

  • Select the appropriate call attempt preset in the folder (e.g., CCA01 for Attempt 1).

  • Apply filters to see the results for records you didn't reach during that attempt.

Property statuses and call statuses will be automatically updated based on dispositions in your dialer if you are on our Business Plan and are directly integrated. Remember to adjust the presets and criteria based on your specific marketing campaigns.
