Plaid supports thousands of US banks and credit unions, but a few smaller institutions aren't connected. If you can't find yours, here's what to try.
Try a different search term
Search by your bank's full name, not an abbreviation. Try "Wells Fargo" instead of "WF," or "First National Bank of [your state]" instead of just "First National."
Look for variations of the name
Some banks appear under a slightly different name than what's on your card. If you see a close match, try logging in — Plaid often still supports it.
If your bank really isn't there
You have other ways to verify your income:
Connect your payroll provider — works if you receive direct deposit through a major payroll company
Upload documents — pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements all work
Both are reliable alternatives. Picking one of them won't slow your application down.
