Rent Butter accepts three forms of government-issued photo ID:
Driver's license — front and back
State ID card — front and back (for non-drivers)
U.S. passport — the photo page
Don't have any of these?
If you don't have one of the accepted IDs, you'll need to obtain one before completing the application. Contact your local DMV or the relevant state agency to apply for a state ID or driver's license.
