If you typed the wrong phone number on the verify screen, here's how to fix it.
Tap Resend Code
On the screen that asks for the verification code, tap Resend Code at the bottom (it's a link below the Verify button). This takes you back to the phone entry screen.
Re-enter your phone number
On the phone entry screen, type in the correct number and tap Send Code again. We'll text the verification code to the new number.
If Resend Code is on a cooldown
The Resend Code link has a short cooldown after each text we send (around 30 seconds). If you see "Resend code in 00:XX", wait for the countdown to finish and then tap the link.
If you got past phone verification
If you moved past the phone verification step with the wrong number, the wrong number is now on file. Contact your property manager — they can update your contact details on the application.
