Why we verify your phone
Verifying your phone confirms it's really you applying — not someone else using your name. It also means we can text you important updates about your application.
How phone verification works
You'll see a screen titled "Verify Your Phone Number!" Tap Send Code and we'll text you a one-time code. Enter the code on the next screen and tap Verify & Continue.

Confirming your identity at the start of the application
Sending updates about your application status
Letting the property manager reach you with questions
What we don't do
We don't use your phone number for marketing, and we don't share it outside the property manager screening you.
