If the verification code didn't arrive after tapping Send Code, here are the most common reasons and what to try.
Wait a minute
Texts can take 30–60 seconds to arrive. If you're on a weak signal, it may take a bit longer.
Check the right phone
Make sure you're looking at the phone with the number you entered. The verification screen shows the number we texted ("We sent a code to [phone]") so you can confirm.
Tap Resend Code
If nothing arrived, tap Resend Code on the verification screen. There's a short cooldown between resends — the button will count down before becoming active again.
Check for blocking
Make sure you have signal and your phone can receive texts
Some carriers block short-code texts — check your spam or filtered messages
If you've blocked unknown senders, temporarily allow them and try again
If it still doesn't arrive
If you've tried the steps above and the code still won't come through, contact your property manager — they can help by reaching out to support directly.
