Near the end of your application, you'll see a screen titled "Terms & Acknowledgements". This is where you formally agree to the legal terms and provide your digital signature.
What you'll do
The screen lays out the statements you're agreeing to as part of your application. Read through them, then add your digital signature in the signature field. Tap Continue to move forward.

Why signing is required
Your signature confirms you've read and accepted the terms. Without it, Rent Butter can't process your application — the screening checks that property managers rely on are run based on your authorization. If you don't agree to the terms, the application can't move forward.
If you make a mistake on your signature
Tap Clear to wipe the signature and start again.
