If you see a screen titled "Application Canceled" with the message "We're sorry, but this application is no longer active", your application has been canceled.
What "canceled" means
A canceled application is no longer being processed. This can happen for a few reasons — the property manager may have withdrawn the listing, the application may have expired, or the property manager may have canceled it intentionally.
What to do
If you didn't expect your application to be canceled, contact the property manager who invited you. They can let you know why and whether your application can be restarted.
Can I apply again?
Yes. If the property is still available, ask the property manager to send you a new invitation. You can also apply to other properties through Rent Butter without restriction.
