Overview
Connecting Rent Manager with RentEngine lets your leasing platform sync listings, property data, and availability directly from Rent Manager into RentEngine. This reduces manual updates and keeps your leasing workflows aligned across systems.
Before you begin
You need an active Rent Manager account.
You must have the correct privileges to access integrations in Rent Manager.
If you don’t see the Available Integrations option, ask your Rent Manager admin to grant you access under User Privileges > System.
Connect Rent Manager (Express)
In Rent Manager Express, open Command Launch.
Select Available Integrations.
Find RentEngine in the list.
Click Request Activation.
Confirm your contact details.
Choose the Properties you want to sync.
Click Request Activation to submit your request.
Connect Rent Manager (RM12)
In Rent Manager 12 (RM12), go to Admin.
Select Available Integrations.
Find RentEngine.
Click Request Activation.
Confirm your contact information.
Choose the Properties you want to connect.
If your account has multiple locations, first select the correct Location before choosing properties and banks via the ⚙️ icon.
Click Request Activation.
