Overview
Zillow relies on county records to set the location of your listing. For new construction properties (built within the last two years), their mapping may be wrong.
How to update the location
Go to the Intelligence tab
Open the Syndication Status report
Find the affected property
Click Report Listing
Include as much detail as possible:
Description of the situation
Which websites are affected
Correct latitude/longitude
This lets RentEngine directly resolve it with the listing site.
Note: please do not report via chat, since that will delay resolution time
What happens after you report it
RentEngine escalates the issue with the listing partner
Updates are posted in real time in Intelligence → Syndication Status
You can check back there for progress and resolution
