Overview
The Intelligence tab is the central hub for reporting, and the first page you land when entering RentEngine. It shows your full portfolio's leasing performance - including DOM and conversion rates, plus detailed reports for prospects, showings, properties and more.
Filtering
At the top right of the page, you can filter the data by:
Date range
Subteam
Account (if you're and admin with multiple RentEngine accounts)
Reports
Now that your dataset is filtered, you can access eight different reports:
Property Performance
Prospects
Showings
Prescreening
Calls
Properties
Syndication Status
Lockboxes
Within each report, you can also add custom filters by clicking on the column headers. At the top right, you can also add, hide, and rearrange the displayed columns.
Then you can press the Export CSV to download your data.
Alternatively, you can ask questions about your data to the new Intelligence AI (currently in beta). It will talk to you in natural language and run custom code to analyze the selected report based on your questions.

Custom reports
