If you can no longer attend a scheduled showing, you can one-click reassign it to another showing agent on your team:
Find the showing in the Showing Calendar
Click "Reassign" and choose the new agent
The new agent will get a notification and receive a calendar invite for the showing. Simultaneously, the showing will be removed from your calendar
Note: Before reassigning a showing, coordinate with the new agent to confirm they're available.
