If you need to switch your PMS (for example Buildium to Rentvine), please reach out to RentEngine support via chat.
So that we can switch your PMS with no disruption to leasing operations, please share:
Your new PMS, including the subdomain (e.g. {company}.rentvine.com)
Your planned switchover date and time (at least 48 hours in the future)
At the time of the planned switchover, please ensure that your new PMS has all your active rental listings and they are "Posted to Website" or equivalent. If not, we will not be able to switch your PMS.
Note: Please do not deactivate properties in your old PMS until you have received confirmation from RentEngine that the transfer is complete.
