Why do amenities not sync from my PMS?

If you do not see the list of amenities transferred from your PMS to RentEngine, it means that your PMS allows for custom amenities that cannot be mapped to RentEngine.

RentEngine uses a standardized list of amenities published by the listing sites based on their feed's requirements.

Some PMS support custom amenities, which are incompatible with this list. In those cases, please select the applicable amenities when activating the property in RentEngine.
