Yes. Pre-approval means getting approved as a Rentmigo-guaranteed tenant before you have a specific property lined up. It shows landlords and letting agents that Rentmigo has already approved you as your guarantor, which can help your application stand out.

Complete your application as normal and use the maximum monthly rent you expect to pay. Once you're approved, your pre-approval certificate will be available to download from your dashboard.

It confirms you've been approved for a Rentmigo guarantee up to the rent amount you applied for. It isn't an active guarantee yet.

You have 60 days from the date you're pre-approved to find a property and convert your pre-approval into a full guarantee.

Add the property details in your dashboard. As long as the rent is within the amount you were approved for, we'll take you straight through to payment and signing, and your full guarantee certificate is issued once everything is complete.

If the rent is higher than your approved amount, we may ask for a little more financial evidence.
