Once your tenancy has started, the fee is non-refundable, including if you move out before the end of your 3-year guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email support@rentmigo.co.uk or message us on live chat with the name and email you applied with, and let us know you won't be moving in. We'll take it from there.
Paid with Klarna or Clearpay?
Refunds are made back through Klarna or Clearpay, and they'll update your payment plan.
