Flexible Free Service Options
Admins can now configure free service discounts across rewards, special offers, and automated offers using three distinct selection modes:
Single Item: Patients can redeem a single specified service.
Include All: Patients redeem all eligible services included in the offer.
Choose From: Patients select one or more services from a predefined list, with admin-defined quantity limits.
Admin Usability Improvements
Clear Visibility: Easily view and manage free service configurations and quantities.
Default Values: "Single Item" selections now default to Quantity 1, simplifying setup.
Redesigned Redemption Experience
Patients now benefit from an intuitive and transparent process for rewards, special offers, and automated offers:
Single Item: Displays the specific reward or offer with a “Redeem this reward” button.
Include All: Lists all eligible rewards or offers with an option to redeem them together.
Choose From: Offers a selection modal to pick specific services within the defined quantity.
These enhancements include clear congratulations modals, scrollable reward options, and improved visibility into redeemed services—all without requiring a checkout process.
Exclusion from Membership Benefits
Free services are now available only through treatment groups and are no longer tied to memberships.
