You’ll configure this offer using a Free Service Discount, not inside the membership build screen.

Instructions:
Log in to the Admin Dashboard
Navigate to Special Offers
Create a new offer using the Free Service discount type
Select a membership to include in the offer
Finalize and publish the offer
This will discount the first month only. Future renewals are billed at full price.
