February 2025

Updated this week

Overview

The "Public and Private Special Offers" feature gives you more control over which patients can access specific Special Offers. With this update, you can now choose to make Special Offers Public or Private, offering exclusive promotions tailored to specific patients or groups.

  • Public Offers: These offers remain visible and accessible to all patients in the app.

  • Private Offers: These offers are hidden from the patient experience and can only be redeemed with a promo code at checkout.

Whatโ€™s New & Why It Matters

  • More Control โ€“ Create exclusive promotions for specific patients or groups.

  • Simplified Management โ€“ Easily distinguish between Public and Private offers using the new Visibility setting.

  • Enhanced Revenue Opportunities โ€“ Create VIP promotions, influencer discounts, first responder perks and more with Private offers.

Key Features

Flexible Special Offer Visibility

When creating or editing Special Offers, you can now select a Public or Private visibility setting:

  • Public Offers โ€“ Visible and accessible to all patients in the app.

  • Private Offers โ€“ Hidden from the patient experience and redeemable only via promo code.

โ„น๏ธ Only Special Offers with the "In-app" setting enabled can be made Private.

๐Ÿ›‘ Private Offers do not support the "Free Service" discount type.

New Visibility Column in Special Offers Table

To make it easier to manage your offers, a Visibility column has been added to the Special Offers table, showing whether each offer is Public or Private.

โœ… All existing Special Offers created before this update have been automatically assigned the โ€œPublicโ€ setting to prevent confusion.
