How to Sign Up for Done-For-You Promos

Overview

Done-For-You Promos are limited-time e-commerce campaigns designed to help your practice increase shop revenue with minimal effort. Once you opt in, RepeatMD handles everything: from in-app banners and special offers to pre-scheduled text campaigns and ready-to-use marketing materials.

You can now opt in and manage Done-For-You Promos directly in your Admin Panel using the new Done-For-You Promos feature.

These campaigns are tied to key seasonal events like Mother’s Day, Black Friday, 12 Days of Christmas, and more.

This feature helps you:

  • Drive additional revenue through proven, time-limited offers

  • Reach patients automatically with pre-scheduled marketing messages

  • Participate in ready-to-launch campaigns without extra work

  • Keep full control of your special offers and visibility in your Admin Panel


How to Opt In Using Done-For-You Promos

You can now opt into a Done-For-You Promo directly inside your Admin Panel — no form required.

Step 1: Open the Done-For-You Promos Tab

  1. Log in to your RepeatMD Admin Panel.

  2. From the sidebar, scroll to the Medcommerce Engine section.

  3. Click Done-For-You Promos.


You’ll see a list of current and upcoming promotions available to your practice.

Step 2: Choose a Promotion

  1. Find the promotion you want and Click the Opt In Now button

  2. Review the campaign details, including promotion name, dates, and description.

Step 3: Select Your Discounts

  1. In the setup window, enter your preferred discount percentages:

    • Default Discount: Applies to all services and memberships. (*excluding Custom Plans)

    • Gift Cards Discount: Optional, enter a custom percentage for gift cards.

    • MyProducts Discount: Optional, Applies to MyProducts if your practice has them enabled.

    • SkinDrop Discount: Applies to any SkinDrop products your practice offers.

If you don’t select a discount for a category, MyProducts and Gift Cards will use your Default Discount percentage. SkinDrop defaults to 15%.


Step 4: Save and Generate Your Assets

Once you click Save, RepeatMD automatically creates all assets tied to your promotion, including:

  • Special Offer Promo Codes – We create all the discount codes for each promo

  • Text Message Campaigns – Pre-written, scheduled texts ready to send

  • Shop Category – Featured area in your app just for the sale

  • Sitewide Promotion – App-wide banner to drive clicks and sales

Each of these assets can be opened directly from the Done-For-You Promos dashboard for easy viewing or editing.


Notification 2: Via Email

  • Open the Done-For-You Promos email from RepeatMD.

  • Click the link to access the your Admin Panel, then click the Done-For-You Promos button and follow the same process as above.


Notification 3: Pop-up in your Admin Portal

  • Open your Admin Panel and view the pop-up

  • Click the Opt-In button, and follow the same process as above.


What Happens After You Opt In

Confirmation

You’ll see your promotion listed under the Done-For-You Promos tab. Your campaign assets are automatically generated and ready to review.

Reminder Emails

You’ll receive:

  • A 7-day reminder email before the promotion goes live

  • A 1-day reminder email with direct links to your marketing assets and Help Center guides

Marketing Support

All marketing resources are included at no cost and will be emailed directly to your inbox:

  • Countdown and teaser graphics

  • Promo-day posts and story templates

  • Email and SMS templates

  • Social media content


How to Review and Customize Your BFCM Promotion

Step 1: Open Your Promotion

  • In the Done-For-You Promos tab, locate your BFCM promotion.

  • Click the View/Edit button on your BFCM promotion.

  • You’ll now see your promotion details, including the title, start and end dates, and status.

Below that, you’ll find the assets RepeatMD automatically generated for your campaign:

  • Custom Shop Category

  • Special Offers

  • Sitewide Promotions

  • Text Messaging Campaigns

Each promotion includes a View/Edit button so you can review or edit that asset.

Step 2: Add or Update Your Discount Percentages

This is the key step for practices that opted in through the form.

Your BFCM promotion is preloaded, but you still need to confirm or update your discount percentages to match what you’d like to offer.

  1. In the promotion view, click Edit in the top-right corner.

  2. You’ll see fields for each discount category:

    • Default Discount – Applies to all services, treatments, memberships, and gift cards.

    • Gift Cards Discount – Use this field to set your preferred percentage for gift cards.

    • MyProducts Discount – Set your chosen discount for MyProducts items.

    • SkinDrop Discount – Enter the discount you’d like applied to your SkinDrop products.

If you didn’t select a percentage for a category on your original form, the recommended default discount has been applied automatically.

Pro Tip: Even if your default discounts look good, open your promotion and confirm each one. Adding your preferred percentages ensures your offers are personalized to your practice’s strategy. If you change your mind after selecting your discount percentages, you can return to your promotion at any time and update each category as needed.

Step 3: Save and Review

After you’ve updated your discounts, click Save.

RepeatMD will automatically update your related assets with your new percentages.

From here, you can:

  • Open each Special Offer to confirm the correct discounts and dates

  • Review Text Campaigns to ensure your messages align with your updated offers

  • Review your scheduled Custom Shop Category and Site Wide Promotion


Best Practices

  • Log in early: Access the Done-For-You Promos tab as soon as the promotion is announced.

  • Confirm your discounts: Double-check all percentages for Gift Cards, MyProducts, and SkinDrop before saving.

  • Avoid duplicate offers: Done-For-You Promos automatically creates the correct offers for you.

  • Use your assets: Start promoting 3–5 days before the launch using the pre-promo marketing materials provided.


Common Questions

Q: Do I still need to fill out a form?

A: No. All opt-ins now happen directly inside your Admin Panel using Done-For-You Promos.

Q: What if I don’t see my promotion listed?

A: If you recently opted in through a form or your promotion hasn’t appeared yet, contact support@repeatmd.com to confirm setup.

Q: Can I edit my discounts later?

A: Yes. You can return to your Done-For-You Promos tab anytime to edit discount percentages or review assets.

Q: Can I still request customizations?

A: Yes. Email services@repeatmd.com with specific requests or exclusions.
