Overview
Done-For-You Promos are limited-time e-commerce campaigns designed to help your practice increase Shop revenue with minimal effort. Once you opt in, RepeatMD handles setup: in-app banners, special offers, pre-scheduled text campaigns, and ready-to-use marketing materials.
You opt in and manage Done-For-You Promos directly in the Admin Panel under MedCommerce Engine → Done-For-You Promos. Campaigns align with seasonal events such as Mother’s Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, 12 Days of Christmas, and more.
This article is for practice owners, managers, and marketing admins who want to join an upcoming seasonal promotion.
Before You Start
Plan eligibility: Done-For-You Promos are not available on Lite plans. Upgrade to a supported plan before you opt in.
You need Administrator or Manager access to the Admin Panel.
Open Done-For-You Promos from the MedCommerce Engine section of the left-side navigation.
Custom Plans are excluded from Done-For-You discount defaults to protect recurring revenue margins.
No external form is required. All opt-ins happen inside the Admin Panel.
For custom exclusions or special requests, email services@repeatmd.com at least 3 business days before go-live (5 business days during peak seasons).

How It Works
What RepeatMD creates when you save: After you set discounts and click Save, RepeatMD generates:
Special offer promo codes for each discount category you configured
Text message campaigns with pre-written, scheduled sends
Custom Shop category featuring promoted items for the sale
Sitewide promotion (in-app banner) to drive clicks into Shop
Open any asset from the Done-For-You Promos dashboard to review or edit before go-live.
Default discount behavior: If you leave a category blank, Gift Cards and MyProducts use your Default Discount. SkinDrop defaults to 15% when not set separately.
After you opt in: Your promotion appears under Done-For-You Promos with generated assets ready to review. You receive:
A 7-day reminder email before the promotion goes live
A 1-day reminder email with links to marketing assets and Help Center guides
Marketing support included: RepeatMD emails countdown graphics, promo-day posts, story templates, email and SMS templates, and social content at no additional cost.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Opt in from the Done-For-You Promos tab
Log in to your Admin Panel.
Click Done-For-You Promos in the MedCommerce Engine section of the left-side navigation.
Find the promotion you want and click Opt In Now.
Review campaign details: promotion name, dates, and description.
Set your discount percentages
In the setup window, enter your preferred discount percentages:
Default Discount: Applies to services, treatments, packages, and memberships. Does not apply to Custom Plans.
Gift Cards Discount: Optional. Leave blank to use your default discount.
MyProducts Discount: Optional. Applies if your practice has MyProducts enabled.
SkinDrop Discount: Applies to SkinDrop products your practice offers. Defaults to 15% if not set.
Deselect any services that you don't want applicable to the above Discount settings.
Click Save.
RepeatMD creates all campaign assets tied to your promotion. Open each asset from the dashboard to review.
Opt in from an email link
Open the Done-For-You Promos email from RepeatMD.
Click the link to open your Admin Panel.
Click Done-For-You Promos and follow the same opt-in steps above.

When the Done-For-You Promos pop-up appears, click Opt In.
Follow the same discount and save steps above.
Best Practices and Pro Tips
Log in early. Open Done-For-You Promos as soon as a promotion is announced so you have time to review assets.
Confirm every discount category. Double-check Gift Cards, MyProducts, and SkinDrop before you save.
Avoid duplicate offers. Done-For-You Promos create the correct special offers for you. Do not build overlapping manual promotions for the same dates.
Start promoting 3 to 5 days before launch using the pre-promo marketing materials RepeatMD emails you.
Review assets before go-live. See Manage and update a Done-For-You Promo (Admin Panel) to edit discounts and related assets after opt-in.
Common Mistakes and FAQs
Q: Do I still need to fill out a form?
A: No. All opt-ins happen directly in the Admin Panel under Done-For-You Promos.
Q: What if I do not see my promotion listed?
A: If you recently opted in through a legacy form or your promotion has not appeared yet, email support@repeatmd.com to confirm setup.
Q: Can I edit my discounts later?
A: Yes. Return to Done-For-You Promos anytime to update discount percentages or review assets.
Q: Can I request customizations or exclusions?
A: Yes. Email services@repeatmd.com with specific requests. Allow 3 business days for processing (5 business days during peak seasons).
Q: Are Done-For-You Promos free?
A: Yes. Opt-in, asset generation, and included marketing materials are provided at no additional cost on eligible plans.
Q: Who can opt in?
A: Administrators and Managers with access to MedCommerce Engine → Done-For-You Promos on a supported (non-Lite) plan.
