Overview
Done-For-You Promos help your practice participate in RepeatMD’s seasonal and holiday e-commerce campaigns from one place in the Admin Panel. You opt in, set discount percentages, and RepeatMD generates special offers, shop categories, sitewide promotions, text campaigns, and marketing materials for you.
RepeatMD handles setup and scheduling. You keep visibility and control over discounts and assets before and during each event.

Before You Start
Plan eligibility: Done-For-You Promos are not available on Lite plans. Upgrade to a supported plan to participate.
You need Administrator or Manager access to the Admin Panel.
Open Done-For-You Promos from the MedCommerce Engine section of the left-side navigation.
Custom Plans are excluded from default Done-For-You discounts.
Confirm MyProducts and SkinDrop are active in your catalog if you plan to include them in a sale.

Why It Matters
Done-For-You Promos help you:
Boost in-app revenue during high-traffic seasonal events such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday and 12 Days of Christmas.
Engage patients with coordinated special offers, shop categories, banners, and text messages.
Save setup time with auto-generated campaign assets you can review and edit.
Access marketing resources (social graphics, countdowns, email and SMS templates) at no additional cost on eligible plans.
How It Works
Where to find it: In the Admin Panel, open MedCommerce Engine → Done-For-You Promos. You see active, upcoming, and past promotions for your practice.
How to join a campaign:
Click Opt In Now on an available seasonal promotion
Discount categories. Set a Default Discount for services, treatments, packages, memberships, and products. Optionally set separate percentages for Gift Cards, MyProducts, and SkinDrop: Blank category fields inherit your default discount (except SkinDrop, which defaults to 15% when not set separately).
Example: A 25% default, 20% for Gift Cards, and 15% for SkinDrop creates three special offers, one per discount type.
Assets RepeatMD generates when you save:
Custom Shop category: Curated Shop section for the sale (for example, seasonal specials or staff picks).
Special offers: Percentage discounts tied to promo codes for each configured category.
Sitewide promotion: In-app banner and pop-up that surfaces when patients open the app and routes them into your sale category.
Text messaging campaigns: Pre-written, scheduled texts with a direct link into the app.
Open any asset from the Done-For-You Promos dashboard to View or Edit.
After opt-in: View start and end dates, status, and related assets from the promotion detail page. Edit discount percentages from the promotion Edit view. If you change discounts, review linked text copy and imagery on related assets.
Add new services to an active promotion: Open the special offer for that campaign under MedCommerce Engine → Special Offers and add services to Included Services.
Opt out: Go to Done-For-You Promos and click Opt out on any promotion you have opted in to. You can rejoin/opt back in anytime.
Reminder emails: RepeatMD sends reminder emails for opted-in promotions, typically 3 to 5 days before start and again 1 day before go-live.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Done-For-You Promos
Log in to your Admin Panel.
Click Done-For-You Promos in the MedCommerce Engine section of the left-side navigation.
Review the list of active and upcoming promotions.
Create or opt in to a promotion
Click Opt In Now on a listed promotion
Review promotion details: dates, name, and summary of assets that will be generated.
Set discount percentages
Enter your Default Discount.
Optionally set Gift Cards, MyProducts, and SkinDrop discounts.
Promo codes will be configured as part of setup.
Save and review generated assets
Click Save.
Open each asset from the promotion dashboard:
Custom Shop category
Special offers
Sitewide promotion
Text messaging campaigns
Confirm discounts, dates, and copy before go-live.
Best Practices and Pro Tips
Review discounts before saving. Changes update generated special offers immediately.
Activate MyProducts and SkinDrop before opt-in if you want those categories in the sale.
Exclude Custom Plans from default discounts to protect membership margins.
Track performance in your Sale Summary dashboard during the event.
Test at checkout before go-live to confirm discounts apply as expected.
Update Included Services when you add new catalog items during an active promotion.

Common Mistakes and FAQs
Q: Are there plan restrictions for Done-For-You Promos?
A: Yes. Lite plans do not include Done-For-You Promos. Upgrade to a supported plan to opt in.
Q: What if I do not set a category-specific discount?
A: Your Default Discount applies. SkinDrop defaults to 15% when left blank.
Q: Can I get help setting up a promotion?
A: Yes. Make updates directly in the Admin Panel for the fastest turnaround. For hands-on help, email services@repeatmd.com or use the chatbot in your Admin Panel. Allow 3 business days for Professional Services requests (5 business days during peak seasons).
Q: Can I opt out after joining?
A: Yes. Go to Done-For-You Promos select Opt out on any promotion you have opted in to.
Q: What happens if I edit discounts after assets are generated?
A: Related special offers update automatically. Review text campaigns, sitewide promotion copy, and shop category imagery to match your new percentages.
Q: Are Done-For-You Promos free?
A: On eligible plans, opt-in, asset generation, and included marketing resources are provided at no additional cost.
