Managing SkinDrop Orders
Viewing Orders
In your Admin Panel, go to Products → Recent Orders.
Here you’ll see two distinct sections:
MyProducts Recent Orders: for in-office pickup items
SkinDrop Recent Orders: for drop-shipped online orders
Each SkinDrop order displays:
Patient name
Brand and product(s) purchased
Total order value
Purchase date
Delivery status (e.g., In transit, Delivered)
You can use filters or the search bar to sort orders by brand, client, or fulfillment status.
Tracking Delivery Status
All SkinDrop orders include live delivery updates.
Statuses include:
Processing: order confirmed and awaiting shipment
Delivered: order marked complete
Patients can also view these same updates in their app, ensuring a consistent experience.
Best Practices
Check your dashboard weekly: Monitor orders and payouts to track performance trends.
Feature high performers: Highlight best-selling brands or products in your storefront.

Order and delivery data refresh in near real time, typically within minutes of an update.
