From a single view, your team can:

  • Track gross and net profit per order

  • Access new brand and product updates as they’re added

Managing SkinDrop Orders

Viewing Orders

In your Admin Panel, go to Products → Recent Orders.

Here you’ll see two distinct sections:

  • MyProducts Recent Orders: for in-office pickup items

  • SkinDrop Recent Orders: for drop-shipped online orders

Each SkinDrop order displays:

  • Patient name

  • Brand and product(s) purchased

  • Total order value

  • Purchase date

  • Delivery status (e.g., In transit, Delivered)

You can use filters or the search bar to sort orders by brand, client, or fulfillment status.


Tracking Delivery Status

All SkinDrop orders include live delivery updates.

Statuses include:

  • Processing: order confirmed and awaiting shipment

  • Delivered: order marked complete

Patients can also view these same updates in their app, ensuring a consistent experience.


Best Practices

  • Check your dashboard weekly: Monitor orders and payouts to track performance trends.

  • Feature high performers: Highlight best-selling brands or products in your storefront.

  • Review your profit margins: Keep an eye on both gross and net metrics to understand real earnings.

Yes. All SkinDrop sales and profits are included in your regular RepeatMD payout summary.

Q: How are refunds managed?

Refunds and returns are fully handled by RepeatMD’s fulfillment partner. Updates appear automatically in your dashboard.

Q: How quickly is data updated?

Order and delivery data refresh in near real time, typically within minutes of an update.

Q: Do I need to manage inventory?

No. SkinDrop handles all fulfillment and stock management, your dashboard reflects orders only, not product quantities.
