SkinDrop by RepeatMD lets your practice sell dermatologist-curated, professional-grade skincare products directly through your app, with zero inventory, zero overhead, and automated fulfillment.
Every order is drop-shipped directly to your patients. Your practice earns up to 30% profit per order. RepeatMD handles fulfillment, returns, and patient support.

Before You Start
SkinDrop is available for V3-enabled practices.
You need Administrator or Manager access to the Admin Panel.
Open SkinDrop from Catalog -> Products in the left-side navigation.
There are no hidden fees to get started. You receive a 30% profit payout minus credit card processing. Patients pay an additional 2.5% service fee.
If you offer free shipping or additional discounts, those costs are deducted from your profit margin.

How It Works
Fulfillment: All orders are drop-shipped directly to patients. Your practice does not handle inventory or shipping.
Profit margin: You earn up to 30% profit per order. Discounts or free-shipping subsidies reduce the effective margin. Payouts are calculated automatically based on final order totals and sent to your practice account on a regular schedule, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Patient experience: After launch, SkinDrop appears under the Products tab in your app’s Shop page. Patients browse, buy, and receive orders at home within 3 to 5 business days.
Returns and support: RepeatMD manages refunds, exchanges, and customer service requests. No action is required from your staff.
Promotions and rewards: SkinDrop products cannot be used as free items or rewards because they are fulfilled externally. Percentage or dollar-off discounts can be applied but are subtracted from your profit margin. MAP-protected brands cannot be discounted in the app.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Set up SkinDrop
Log in to your Admin Panel.
Click Catalog -> Products in the left-side navigation and select SkinDrop.
Choose your brands from the catalog. Filter, search, or scroll alphabetically. The top 10 most popular brands appear first.
Review the product catalog. Each listing shows product name, image, variant, retail price, and your practice profit margin. Star favorite products to feature them at the top of your storefront.
Set up shipping details. Choose whether to offer free shipping above a threshold (for example, free shipping on orders over $75). Free shipping is covered by your practice and deducted from your profit margin.
Launch SkinDrop immediately or schedule a future launch date. You can edit the launch date and time in Settings at any time.
Once launched, SkinDrop appears under Products in your app’s Catalog -> Products page.
