How to Setup SkinDrop
1. Access SkinDrop
Log in to your RepeatMD admin panel.
From the left hand nav, click the Configure V3 button and select SkinDrop.
This takes you into the setup flow where you’ll choose your preferred brands and launch your SkinDrop storefront.
2. Choose Your Brands
Browse the full catalog of premium skincare brands available through SkinDrop.
You can filter, search, or scroll alphabetically to find specific brands. The top 10 most popular brands will populate first.
If there’s a brand your practice would like to see added, you can fill out a form during our SkinDrop onboarding process. RepeatMD uses these submissions to guide future brand additions.
3. Review Product Catalog
Once you’ve selected your brands, you’ll see a complete product catalog.
Each listing displays:
Product name, image, and variant
Retail price and your practice profit margin
Key benefits, usage details, and ingredients
You can star favorite products to feature them at the top of your storefront and help patients find your preferred recommendations.
4. Set Up Shipping Details
Decide if you want to offer free shipping above a certain order value.
Example: “Free shipping on orders over $75.”
Enter your preferred spending threshold.
Free shipping is covered by your practice and deducted from your profit margin.
5. Launch SkinDrop
Choose to launch immediately or schedule your launch for a future date. You can edit the launch date and time in Settings at any time.
Once launched:
SkinDrop appears under the Products tab in the Shop page of your app.
Patients can browse, buy, and receive their orders at home within days.
Your practice starts earning automatically, with no operational lift.
Everything is pre-built for you: no product uploads, image management, or manual entry required.

Q: Can I include SkinDrop products in offers or rewards?
Because these products are fulfilled externally, SkinDrop products cannot be used as free items or rewards. However, you can apply percentage or dollar-off discounts.
Q: What affects the practice profit margin?
Discounts or free-shipping subsidies can reduce the 30% profit rate. All payouts are calculated automatically based on final order totals.
Q: Who handles refunds or returns?
All refunds, exchanges, and customer service requests are managed by RepeatMD, no action is required from your staff.
Q: How long does setup take?
Most practices can set up SkinDrop in 5 minutes using the guided setup flow in the Admin Panel.
Q: Are there any fees to get started?
No hidden fees. This is for V3 enabled practices only. You receive a 30% profit payout minus credit card processing. If you choose to add free shipping or any additional discounts, it will be deducted from your total profit. Patients pay an additional 2.5% convenience fee.
Q: When do I get paid?
Payouts are sent to your practice's account on a regular schedule within 24-48 hours.
