The Marketing tab is your central hub for everything you need to get patients into the Ageless experience — your links, your creative assets, deployment guidance, and messaging templates, all in one place. If you're setting up Ageless for the first time or looking to drive more traffic, this is where to start.

Your Ageless AI Links

Each of the three Ageless experiences has its own dedicated link. You'll find all three in the Marketing tab, ready to copy and deploy wherever your patients are.

Each link has four format options depending on where you're placing it:


Marketing Starter Kit

Below your links is the Marketing Starter Kit — six tabs covering everything from where to put your link to what to say once patients engage. Work through the Deployment Guide first to get your link live.

Deployment Guide

A step-by-step checklist organized into four phases. Work through it when you set up Ageless, and revisit it when you want to expand your reach.

Digital Assets

A library of ready-to-use ad creative and social graphics. Filter by brand type to find assets that match your practice's aesthetic. Everything links directly to your Ageless experience when used with your link.

Assets are organized by campaign — each campaign has a distinct message and creative style, so you can rotate them or pick the one that fits your current marketing focus.

Copy Templates

Pre-written copy for every channel — Instagram captions, Facebook posts, email templates, and text templates. Each is written to drive clicks to your Ageless link. Copy directly with your practice name and link, or use them as a starting point.

Website Deployment

Guidance on exactly where to place your Ageless link on your website for maximum visibility — hero CTAs, announcement bars, treatment page cards, sticky bars, and more. Includes placement recommendations for both desktop and mobile.

Scripts

Scripts for five in-practice moments where your staff can naturally introduce Ageless to patients — phone inquiries, the waiting room, post-treatment checkout, hesitant patients, and in-room consultations. Designed to feel like a natural conversation, not a sales pitch.


FAQs

Which link should I share — Aesthetics, Wellness, or Aesthetics + Wellness?

It depends on the audience, and if your practice offers both aesthetic and wellness treatments. Aesthetics works best for facial rejuvenation campaigns. Wellness is ideal for weight management, hormone therapy, or peptide audiences. Aesthetics + Wellness is the full experience and works well for broad new patient acquisition. You can run all three simultaneously — each has its own dedicated link.

What's the difference between the Copy Link and the Short Link?

They go to the same place — the Short Link is just a cleaner, condensed version of the URL. Use the Short Link anywhere the full URL looks cluttered, like social media captions or text messages.

How do I know which marketing channel is driving the most leads?

Use the Targeted Link (UTM) format when deploying your link across different channels. This lets you track traffic source in your reporting. See the UTM tracking guide for setup instructions.

Can I use the Digital Assets for paid ads?

Yes — the creative library includes assets designed for paid social. Pair them with your Ageless link and use the copy templates to complete the ad. For Meta specifically, the Deployment Guide includes a step for launching a Meta ad to your Ageless link.
