How to Text Your Link to Any Phone Number

Send the Ageless visualization link to any phone number and turn passing interest into a full patient profile in your dashboard.

Overview

In your Admin Panel, the 'Text My Link' button lets you send the Ageless patient experience to any phone number. The person does not need an account, an app, or a past visit. You enter a number, pick a link, and hit send. They get a text from your practice with a link to try a treatment visualization on their own face in about 30 seconds.

This tool removes the steps that usually stop a curious person from engaging. No login. No booking required first. It turns any phone number into a patient who is already exploring possibilities with your practice.


Why It Matters

Most curious people never fill out a form or book a call. Text My Link gives them a fast, private way to engage, so fewer of them slip away. Every person who finishes the flow lands in your dashboard with a full profile, an intent score, a before and after visualization, and a treatment plan. That means more qualified patients for your team to follow up with, without extra paperwork.

It also saves your staff time. Instead of explaining a treatment over and over, you let the visualization do the work. Your team spends less time convincing and more time confirming bookings. For walk-ins, events, and hesitant patients, this is one of the fastest ways to turn passing interest into a real conversation.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your dashboard at admin.ageless.ai using the email you signed up with.

  2. Click Ageless Contacts in the left navigation.

  3. Click Text My Link in the top right of the Contacts page.

  4. Enter any phone number. It does not need to belong to an existing contact.

  5. Select which link to send: Face, Body, or Face and Body combo.

  6. Hit send. The person gets a text with your practice name and the link right away.

Once they go through the Ageless flow, they show up automatically in your Ageless Contacts dashboard with their full profile, intent score, before and after, and treatment plan.


Best Practices and Pro Tips

  • Choose the right link. Use Face for aesthetic conversations, Body for wellness and GLP-1, and Face and Body combo when you are not sure. When in doubt, let the patient choose.

  • The text comes from your practice. It shows your practice name, not a generic Ageless number, so it feels personal and trusted.

  • Use it the moment interest shows up. Below are the highest-value moments to send a link:

    • Walk-ins and waiting room companions. A friend or family member seems curious while they wait. Ask for their number, send the combo link, and let them try it on their phone right there.

    • Hesitant in-room patients. A patient says they are not sure a treatment will look good on them. Send the link to their phone in the room and walk through the visualization together.

    • Cancellation calls. Before you accept a cancellation, offer the link so they can see what the treatment could look like on their own face. Let the tool ease the worry without any pressure.

    • Events, booths, and pop-ups. People are curious but do not want to give an email or fill out a form. Collect a phone number and send the link on the spot.

    • Social media inquiries. Someone messages your Instagram or Facebook about a treatment. Sending a link lowers the barrier far more than asking them to book a consultation.

    • Re-engaging treated patients. A patient mentioned another treatment but did not commit. A few weeks later, send the link with a personal check-in about the treatment they were curious about.

  • Have your whole team go through the flow. Text My Link to each staff member's personal cell so they can speak to the experience with confidence. This also counts toward the Quick Start Challenge. Five people through the flow earns you free prints.

  • For events, also create a Trackable QR Code. Go to Marketing, then Trackable Links, and name it for that specific event. This lets you measure scans from that event next to your Text My Link sends.


FAQs

Do they need to be an existing contact?

No. You can send to any number. The person does not need to be a prior patient or already in your system. They appear in Contacts after they finish the flow, no matter how they got the link.

Can I track who I sent links to?

Outbound Text My Link sends are not currently tracked until the person finishes the flow. To stay organized, note in the patient record that you sent a link. For events, use a Trackable QR Code so you can measure that channel.

Which link should I send if I am unsure?

Send the Face and Body combo and let the person pick what fits. Face only works best for facial treatments. Body only works best for wellness and weight management.

What if I do not see Ageless Contacts or Text My Link?

Some features are tied to your role. If you do not see the option, an Administrator or Manager on your account may need to update your permissions.

Does the person need to download an app?

No. The flow runs in their phone browser. No app, no account, and no booking are needed on their end.
