Overview
The Referrals dashboard shows how your Referral Rewards program is performing: how many friends signed up through a client's link, how many became successful referrals, and the visits and sales they brought in.
A referral is successful when the friend makes a visit or purchase that earns the referring client their referral reward.
Before You Start
You need Administrator or Finance access to the Admin Panel.
Open Referrals from the Reports section of the left-side navigation.
Until a client shares a referral link, the page shows setup tips and a button to set up or review referral rewards instead of data. See Referral Rewards overview (Admin Panel).

Common Mistakes and FAQs
Q: Why did Links shared and Link opens disappear?
A: Shared and opened links belong to your whole practice, so they are hidden while locations are selected.
Q: How is Estimated lifetime value calculated?
A: It estimates what referred clients will spend over the years they stay, based on your practice's average spend per visit, visits per year, and years a client stays.
