Create a treatment

1. Log into your Admin Dashboard

2. Click on the ‘App Builder’ tab on the left-side of your screen

3. Select the ‘Treatments’ tab on the top-center of your screen

4. Click the*green lightning bolt button or ‘Quick Actions’ menu on the upper right-hand side of your screen

5. Select ‘Add Treatment

6. Fill Out Treatment Information:

  • Treatment Name

  • Check either ‘All Locations’ or only check the select locations the offer is available

  • Select unit type (*type of treatment; ex: neurotoxin = unit, body contouring = session, Filler = syringe, etc)

Treatment variations are the options of a 'master' Treatment with different attributes, such as different intensities/ tier, locations on the body, size, or any other specific features.

I.e. Laser Hair Removal can have different variations based on the location in which they are purchasing the service for. Or HydraFacials can have different variations by tier (signature, deluxe, platinum).

  • Click '+ Add Treatment variation

    • Add variation name

    • Add price per 1 unit

    • Add max quantity the patient can purchase

    • Add Treatment variation description

      • This is depicted in the screenshot below!

In the ‘Treatment’ box, please type in the dollar amount for the quantity of this service

  • Input the maximum quantity of treatments your patients can buy

    • Create individual prices - quantities will show consecutively (1,2,3,4,5...)

    • Create pricing in bundles - allows you to offer your treatments in a set of quantities and/or prices that provide the best value for your clients.

In the image above, you'll notice that the patient will save $300 to purchase a quantity of 4 versus purchasing quantities 1,2 or, 3.

Additionally, you can set this up to sell in specific quantity amounts.

  • You'll see above that I set up my quantities to show only 1, 3, or 6.

  • I also included an incentive for the purchase of 6 to save the patient $235 on their purchase.

You can add this in while building out your variants OR when setting up your pricing for a treatment.

  • Click on the image box to upload images

  • Type in your treatment description in the ‘Full description’ box

  • Select which Concerns you would like to add or remove

    • Click on drop down and multi-select each concern(s) you would like to link this treatment to

      • At this time, you cannot add in your own concerns. This product update is included in the future roadmap of our Admin Panel.

  • Click on drop down and multi-select each body area(s) you would like to link this treatment to

Pre and post-care instructions (Expectation cards)

  • Pre & post-care expectation cards are optional. If you wish to add them, toggle the switch to ‘On’.

    • Click ‘Add treatment instructions’

    • Add instruction name

      • "Skincare prep"

      • "Before your appointment"

      • "Pre-visit instructions"

    • Add instruction description

      • You can populate any important information for the patient to read prior to and after their appointment

      • Coming soon: a list of general pre and post-care instructions for popular services

    • Click ‘save treatment instruction’ after each card

  • Click 'Add new treatment' when finished

Patients can easily access pre and post-care expectation cards from their purchase history and available treatments in their Account on the app or they can view them in the treatment page itself before even making a purchase.
