Before you begin, determine the kind of package you want to create:
Bundled treatments | Package |
Includes 1 service or treatment that needs multiple units or visits to see the best results.
Additionally, created an incentive to purchase more quantity at 1 time. | Includes a few different services or treatments bundled together to tackle a specific area or achieve a specific goal. Sometimes referred to as 'Custom packages or a 'Curated package'. |
Creating a package of different treatments
To create a new package, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Admin Dashboard
2. Click on the ‘App Builder’ tab on the left-side of your screen
3. Click the *green lightning bolt button or ‘Quick Actions’ menu on the upper right-hand side of your screen
4. Select ‘Add package'
5. Fill out Package information including:
Package name
Examples include:
"Wedding countdown"
"Modern weight management"
"Facial rejuvenation"
Locations you want to offer this package
To apply to all locations, click into box next to 'All'
Pricing + Max quantity
In the ‘Price per unit’ box, please type in the dollar amount for the cost of 1 of this package.
Select the maximum quantity of treatments your patients can buy at one time
Images
Click on the image box to upload images as many images as you'd like for this package
Description
Type in your treatment description in the ‘Full description’ box
Tags/Metadata (Shop filters)
'Filter by Concern':
Click on drop-down and multi-select each concern(s) you would like to link this treatment to
At this time, you cannot add in your own concerns. This product update is included in the future roadmap of the App builder.
Filter by 'Body Area':
Click on drop down and multi-select each body area(s) you would like to link this treatment to
Included Treatments & Products
Select the dropdown menu labeled 'Select Treatment'.
Find the Treatment from the list by scrolling or typing
Once you have found the treatment, select it and then set the number of quantities this package includes
Click 'Save treatment'.
Before using ' +Add a new treatment' when selecting treatments please read the following:
Using '+ Add a new treatment' while building your package will not create a treatment in your treatments tab.
The package will also not show up as a suggested package under the treatment in your catalog. This limits the chance of a potential upsell.
You should only use this to add in something that cannot be sold on your app such as an in-office discount towards a retail item or skincare, gift with purchase, etc.
Pre & Post care expectation cards:
Pre & post-care expectation cards are optional. If you wish to add them, toggle the switch to ‘On’.
Click ‘Add treatment instructions’
Add instruction name
"Skincare prep"
"Before your appointment"
"Pre-visit instructions"
Add instruction description
You can populate any important information for the patient to read prior to and after their appointment

Click ‘save treatment instruction’ after each card
