Edit a treatment (Admin Panel)

Overview

This guide shows you how to edit an existing treatment in your Admin Panel. It’s designed for practice owners, managers, and marketing teams who manage their in-app shop and need to update pricing, variations, descriptions, images, or availability. All edits apply instantly to the patient app once saved.


Before You Start

  • You must have Admin access with one of the following roles: Marketing, Manager, or Administrator.

  • Edits apply to all locations where the treatment is available.

  • Changes appear in the patient app immediately after saving.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Find the treatment to edit

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel.

  2. Click App Builder in the left navigation.

  3. Select Treatments.

  4. Search or scroll to find the treatment you want to edit.

  5. Click the three-dot menu on the far right.

  6. Select Edit Treatment.


Make your edits

  1. Click directly on any field you want to update: name, pricing, images, description, concerns, body areas, variations, or bundle pricing.

  2. Add or adjust any treatment information as needed.


Save your updates

  1. Review your changes.

  2. Click the black Save button in the lower right corner to publish your updates.

Your changes will appear in the patient app immediately.


How It Works

  • When you click Save, all treatment updates are instantly reflected in the patient app.

  • Editing a treatment does not affect any past purchases or previously redeemed treatments.

  • Updates to variations or pricing will impact how pricing and options appear for that specific treatment moving forward.

  • Treatments remain active until manually archived.

  • If a treatment is part of a promotion, edits update the treatment but do not modify the promotion setup itself.

Why don’t I see my edits in the app?

Verify that the treatment is active, saved, and available at the correct locations.

Can editing a treatment impact existing orders or purchased variations?

No. Edits only affect how the treatment appears moving forward.

Can all fields be edited?

Yes. You can edit the treatment name, images, unit type, location availability, concerns, body areas, variations, pricing, bundled pricing, and pre & post-care instructions.

Do updates change how the treatment behaves in promotions?

Edits update the treatment itself but do not modify any active promotions where the treatment is included.

Why is the Save button not working?

A required field may be incomplete. Review all sections to ensure no fields are left blank. Incomplete fields will appear with a red text around them.
