Before You Start
You must have Admin access with the appropriate permissions to manage treatments.
Bundled pricing can be created for basic treatments or treatment variations.
Decide which quantities and discounts you want to offer before starting.
Bundled pricing only affects future purchases, not past orders.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Start creating the treatment
Log in to your Admin Panel.
Click App Builder in the left navigation.
Select Treatments.
Open the Quick Actions menu (green lightning bolt) in the upper right.
Select Add Treatment.
Enter the Treatment Name.
Choose All Locations or select specific locations.
Select the appropriate Unit Type (e.g., unit, session, syringe).
Create bundled pricing for a treatment variation
Use this option when your treatment includes variations such as tiers, body areas, or intensity levels.
Click + Add Treatment Variation.
Fill out all required variation details.
Select In bundles to sell the variation in set quantities.
Enter the quantity and price for each bundle.
You can discount higher quantities to encourage larger purchases.
If any bundle row is incomplete, click the trash icon to remove it.
Repeat for each variation as needed.
Click Save Treatment Variations in the bottom right.
Continue completing the rest of the treatment setup and click Save.

Select In bundles.
Enter the quantity and price for each bundle.
Offer lower per-unit pricing on higher quantities to drive value.
Remove any incomplete bundle rows using the trash icon.
Click Save Treatment Pricing.
Finish setting up the treatment and click Save.

Does bundled pricing affect existing purchases?
No. Bundled pricing only applies to future purchases.
Why isn’t my bundled pricing showing in the app?
Confirm that all bundle fields are filled out and saved, and that the treatment is active.
Can different variations have different bundles?
Yes. Each treatment variation can have its own unique bundled pricing.
