You now have the capability to create and deliver fully customized treatment plans to your clients directly via the RepeatMD app.
Each Custom Plan is meticulously tailored to the individual client of your choice. You determine the services included in the plan, as well as the pricing structure.
This personalized approach ensures that your clients receive treatment plans aligned with their specific goals, offering them the convenience of purchasing or financing their plan directly through the app—ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and driving increased revenue for your business.
Creating a Custom Plan
Open the RepeatMD dashboard and click Client profiles from the left menu.
From the Clients window, select the customer's name. The client's account page displays.
Click Create custom plan from the top menu.
The Create new custom plan popup displays.
Complete the following fields:
Field | Description |
Client | The client that will receive this custom plan. |
Plan Name | A unique name for the plan. |
What's Included | A detailed list of services and products included in the custom plan. Redeemed all-at-once by the patient. The name visible to your client as well as in reports. |
Price | The price charged for the custom plan, with all services and products included. |
Expiration Date | Final day customer may purchase the plan. |
5. Click Create and send plan. Accept the confirmation request by clicking Yes.
The custom plan is now visible for the selected client. The client will receive a text message notifying them that their plan is available with a link to access the app and purchase.
Managing Custom Plans
Custom plans that have already been purchased cannot be edited or deleted.
2. The Custom Plans window displays all available plans. Click on a header to sort by that header name.
3. Click on the plan's ellipsis (...).
Select Delete plan to permanently remove the custom plan from the app. It will not be accessible after deletion.
Select Edit to make changes to the plan.
4. After editing the custom plan, click Edit and send plan. Changes are reflected immediately in the customer's app. The client will receive a text message notifying them that their plan is updated.
Filtering Custom Plans
2. The Custom Plans window displays all available plans.
3. Click Select status. Select from the following options:
Option | Description |
All | Default option. |
Available | Custom Plans currently available for purchase by clients using the app. |
Purchased | Custom Plans purchased by clients. |
Removed | Indicates Custom Plans that a patient removed from their cart. |
