Listing Activity
The new Activity section gives you visibility into how people are engaging with your listings. You can find it in the left-hand menu, directly below My Listings:
By default, Activity shows all related to listing access, such as views, flyer downloads, opened links, and email clicks, helping you understand how your listings are being viewed.
You can filter activity by a specific listing or by specific action types to focus on what matters most.
From the top-right corner, you can also generate reports:
Create Report downloads a PDF summary of listing activity:
Export lets you download all activity data into a CSV, including contact information.
More improvements are planned for this section, and we appreciate your continued feedback as it evolves.
Virtual Tour Support
Associate now supports embedding Matterport virtual tours directly on listings.
To add a tour, edit your listing, go to the Links section, and just paste the Matterport URL into Matterport Virtual Tour field:

Listing Management Improvements
Stay on the listing edit page when saving
Saving a listing now keeps you on the listing edit page instead of returning you to the listings list. This was a frequent request and makes updating and saving your listing a bit less disruptive.
Hide parcel outline
Parcel boundaries are sourced from our data providers and maintained automatically. If a parcel outline ever appears inaccurate, you now have the option to hide it when editing a listing:
Search Enhancements
Sale listings can now be searched by price per square foot
Price per acre is available for land listings
These filters make it easier to search for listings with the values you’re looking for.
Map Search and Reporting
Download transactions via CSV from Map Search
Transactions can now be downloaded directly from Map Search using the Reports menu, making it easier to move from searching to analysis without leaving the map:
Duplicate Listings
You can now copy an existing listing directly from the listing edit page. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to access the option.

Behind the Scenes
In addition to visible feature updates, our developers continued ongoing work behind the scenes to improve the overall stability and consistency of Associate. These efforts included performance tuning, search refinements, better UI, and operational improvements that support reliability over time.
This foundational work helps ensure Associate remains dependable today while staying ready for what’s next.
