How long will the program take?

The time commitment for the re:sleep program can vary based on your progress, but it has been designed to be flexible and manageable for everyone. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Daily Sessions at the Start:

- For the first few weeks, you’ll have daily sessions that last about 10 minutes each. These sessions introduce important information, techniques and routines that will help you make progress.

2. Weekly Sessions After the First Few Weeks:

- Once you’ve completed the initial phase, the program shifts to weekly sessions. This allows you more time to apply what you’ve learned while continuing to build on your progress.

3. Daily Practice:

- Along with the sessions, the program will require daily practice of the techniques you've learned, but these should fit in with your every day life and not require extra time to be put aside.

4. Flexible Subscription Lengths:
