I have had my sleep problem for less than 3 months. Is this program right for me?

If you've had your sleep problem for less than 3 months, the re:sleep program may not be the right fit for you at this time. Our program is designed for individuals who have been struggling with sleep issues for over 3-months, indicative of chronic insomnia. Short-term sleep issues often resolve on their own or with smaller adjustments, and we wouldn't want you to invest in an intervention you may not need!

However, we completely understand how frustrating acute sleep issue can be, and we want to help however we can! In these cases, we recommend starting with smaller lifestyle adjustments and free resources from experts. You can follow our Chief Medical Officer, Stephanie Romiszewski, on Instagram (@stephsleepyhead) for free sleep tips and advice. Many of her podcasts and interviews are also available online and can offer valuable guidance for managing short-term sleep difficulties.

We apologise that our program is not currently adapted to acute insomnia and hope that your sleep improves naturally. We will be here to help should you ever need us in future!
