re:sleep is designed for individuals who have been struggling with chronic sleep problems i.e., those lasting for longer than 3-months. The program will help you make sustainable changes to your sleep-related behaviour and cognition to overcome your insomnia for good. re:sleep is a personalised program which combines approaches based on neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and group support.
The sleep problems re:sleep has been developed to tackle are:
Difficulty with falling asleep.
Problems with staying asleep and waking up regularly during the night.
Waking up too early.
Sleep quality issues.
Unfortunately, there are some conditions and circumstances for which the program is not currently adapted.
