Contacting Our Customer Support Team (and Finding Help Faster)

We know that when you’re stuck or unsure about something, it’s natural to want to speak to someone directly. But before you do, it might help to know that we’ve designed our support system to make getting help as quick and easy as possible - without the wait times.

There are a few ways to get support, depending on what you need:

This is by far the fastest way to get help for most issues! Our help centre is filled with carefully written, regularly updated articles that cover almost all the common questions we receive. From account access to understanding how your sleep program works, you’ll find clear, trustworthy guidance right at your fingertips - no need to wait for a reply.

If you're unsure where to start, just use the search bar to type a few words about your issue. Chances are, someone else has asked the same thing before, and we’ve already written up a helpful answer.

If you’ve had a look through the articles and still feel like you need a bit more support, you can speak to our helpful chatbot.

You’ll find the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of your screen - just look for the small black circle with a white message icon inside it. It’s available on the help centre, the homepage of our website, and your account area.

To help you stay focused, we’ve chosen not to include the chatbot inside your program area - so it won’t pop up while you’re working through your lessons or content.

Our chatbot has been trained by our customer support team and is often able to offer additional support or guide you to the most relevant resources, quickly and clearly.

If, after speaking with the chatbot, you still haven’t been able to find what you need, don’t worry - the chatbot will automatically guide you to fill out a support form. That form is sent directly to our customer support team, and someone will respond to your query within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). To read their reply, simply click the chatbot icon to open up your messages!
