The script goes in the global header of your website so it loads on every page. That's it.

On a different platform or building your own site?
No problem — the install is straightforward:
Go to Settings → Script in your Retention.com account
Copy your script
Paste it into the
<head>tag of your website — most platforms call this the global header or site header
If your platform has a theme file, a tag manager, or a custom code section in settings, that's where it goes. Anywhere that loads on every page works.
